George Lopez: The Chin is A Chump

Ready for the next celeb slugfest? Call it The Chin vs. El Chingon.

The Latino funnyman lashed out at Jay Leno this morning on an Orlando, FL radio show, calling him "the worst interviewer" on TV and "the biggest two-faced dude" in the industry. On the Scott and Erica Morning Show on WOMX, Lopez accused Leno of playing nice by calling him after Lopez's kidney transplant in April 2005, and then putting "the knife in [his] back" through Leno's producers. Lopez didn't specify what that knife was about, but clearly there's some bad blood a brewin' between the two comics.

Reps for Leno and Lopez did not immediately return calls for comment.

4. Some friends and I saw george lopez at the gibson theater. one of my friends was of hispanic origin. He put down white people the whole show and we were sorry we bought the tickets. To pay to be put down wasn't what we expected.
He acts like a "totally barrio latino" and he grew up exactly where I did in mission hills.
We wish we could get our money back; the show was totally offensive and none of us we'll ever watch his show again. I enjoyed his humor up until that night.
Jay Leno has a canny way of knowing who's phoney in show business.
Right on, Jay!

5. yeah, we went to george lopez's show at the gibson theater. he put down anyone who wasn't latino constantly. talk about a racist hypocrit!
we left feeling punched in the stomach and we'll never go see him again.

7. we also went to the gibson amphitheater show. we were totally offended by all his racist comments. Michael Richards and Mel Gibson get blasted for their comments; but wasn't there any 'reviewer' at george lopez's show at universal. he put down white people constantly. Isn't this reverse discrimination?
we don't plan on watching his show or going to see him perform again. Jay, on the other hand, we'll watch every night.

If Lopez thinks CONAN is funny, or KIMMEL, geez, then somebody needs a shock treatment.
Lopez is a one liner put down everyone else except Latinos person. Maybe the chanels should be designated so we will know when to watch or not. Get over it Lopez, at least he can read, and after all..... Leno's sits in THE chair. Put on your big boy drawers and get over it.

12. So, NO ONE else thinks Jay Leno is the biggest douche in the tonight show circuit? George Lopez couldn't be more right about him. Leno is a skeezy perv that hits on any girl that walks into the studio, makes guests feel uncomfortable, asks the WORST, DUMBEST questions, acts like he doesn't even care what the answer is, and really just makes a fool out of himself the whole show. He's an arrogant prick that doesn't deserve the time. I can't even watch the tonight show. I can't wait until good Ol' Coney takes over and shows everyone what late night SHOULD be.

I'm a fan of both George Lopez AND Jay Leno...

BUT, In G-Lo's defense, he puts down EVERY race, including latinos...

"you get black latinos, white latinos, indian-looking latinos... but that doesn't mean we're culturally diverse, it means that Latinos will F*ck anything..."

I saw him in Chicago. Great show, and he dissed on EVERYONE. He's kind of an insult comic, but equal opportunity. Lighten up a little bit, people.
