Warrant Issued for Daniel Baldwin

We had such high hopes. *sigh* L.A. County Superior Court Judge Scott Millington has just issued a no bail bench warrant for Daniel Baldwin, for his failure to appear at a progress report hearing that was scheduled for 10:00 AM this morning.

We're told Baldwin is currently in Toronto shooting a movie. Problem is, he is not supposed to be out of the country without the court's permission. And you guessed it -- he didn't have it. The judge also revoked Baldwin's probation.

A report was submitted in court today by Baldwin's probation officer, indicating Daniel also missed an appointment on December 5, and has missed several A.A. meetings.

The second oldest Baldwin brother was arrested last year for possession of drug paraphernalia and for being under the influence.

7. #4 "I Love Britney"---you sound like a racist moron. What's wrong with you? As for Daniel, it's obvious he is still using, and it would seem he doesn't think rules apply to him. Here's hoping he won't be able to get his hands on drugs when he goes to prison.

10. I saw this jac*off on TV talking to Larry King the night after LOHOE went on her rampage. He was telling us all how to straighten out our lives. It made about as much sense as asking Mike Tyson for dating advice! I truly believe (hope I'm wrong) that this guy is DOOMED. He won't recover. He'll die from alcohol and cocaine consumption.

14. Not only an alcoholic, but an angry, violent alcoholic. I can't remember the show, but I do remember a clip of him being called out for being wasted and then going ballistic! He looked like he could have killed someone if he was given the chance to do so. Chance of rehab: floundering around ZERO. Chance of eventually ending up in prison for a large portion of his life: really high, maybe 100%; unless he kills himself, or O.D.s. You can bet that this will all play heavily into his sentencing.
